Human-Scaled Visuals to Elevate a Future Architectural Landmark
Project Overview
CLIENT: Knightsbridge Park
YEAR: 2025
LOCATION: West Palm Beach, Florida
TYPE: Marketing - Site Plan, Illustrated Map
Collaborating with developers, marketing agents, architects, landscape architects, and interior designers, a human-scale level of artistry and attention to detail was brought to a big-budget, high-stakes project. Staying true to the artistic style the clients were drawn to, the visuals were integrated with their established brand identity, color palette, and vision for the project.

Part site-plan, part interactive 3D composition
For South Flagler House's marketing efforts, a watercolor site plan was created to elevate the traditional flat site plan format. Central is a 3D building element rising from the composition, highlighting different floor plans at various levels. This required interpreting architectural floor plans and landscape planting plans to ground the visuals in reality. The goal was to merge artistic expression with architectural clarity, providing viewers with an inviting and informative view of the project site.
Highlighting the Broader Context
To position the development within its broader city context, I created a custom-illustrated watercolor map. It captures the vibrant energy, iconic landmarks, and coastal beauty that make West Palm Beach unique, rendered in my signature hand-drawn, story-driven style. The map has been used across pamphlets, lobby art, and website content. Most fulfilling was partnering with a team that values art and its power to shape a sense of place.
